These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the jdl888 online gaming platform, accessible at https://jdl888.cam and any associated mobile or desktop interfaces (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by jdl888 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our").

• "Platform" — The jdl888 website, web application, and all associated gaming interfaces operated by the Company.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The total monetary volume of qualifying bets or game play that must be completed before Bonus Funds are converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• "Prohibited Activities" — Any acts by a Player that are explicitly forbidden under Section 10 of these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, and money laundering.
• "Intellectual Property" — All trademarks, service marks, logos, game content, software, designs, and other proprietary materials associated with the jdl888 Platform.

To register and maintain an account on jdl888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age. jdl888 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all account holders. This requirement reflects the minimum age for casino-style gambling under international licensing standards applicable to the Platform.
• You are registering on your own behalf and are the sole beneficial owner of the Account.

• You have not previously had an account on jdl888 that was closed, suspended, or terminated due to a breach of these Terms.

• You are not acting under the instruction, direction, or financial interest of any third party in placing wagers on this Platform.

4.1 Registration Requirements

Each individual may register a maximum of one (1) Account on the jdl888 Platform. The registration of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances and bonus credits.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. This information must match the details on the identity documents you submit during KYC verification.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. jdl888 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jdl888 customer support immediately via live chat in the Member Centre or by email at [email protected]. jdl888 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account as an additional security measure.

4.3 Account Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any qualifying real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your last verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal conditions.

Access to and use of the jdl888 Platform is granted on a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable basis for personal entertainment purposes only. By using the Platform, you agree to the following conditions of use:

• You will use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
• You will not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to exploit the Platform, harvest data, or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.

jdl888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Platform at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances where there is a reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms or applicable law.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jdl888 accepts deposits via the following verified Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (online banking via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB, and other participating institutions), 7-Eleven Cliqq, and cryptocurrency including USDT TRC20, Bitcoin (BTC), and Ethereum (ETH).

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposit Limits

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. The standard minimum deposit is RM30 for most e-wallet methods and RM100 for FPX bank transfers. Maximum deposit limits are determined by the Player's account tier and may be adjusted upward for verified VIP members. Cryptocurrency minimum deposits are denominated in USDT equivalent.

6.3 Deposit Currency

All deposits by Malaysian players are accepted and credited in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Platform does not impose currency conversion charges for MYR deposits. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction confirmation.

6.4 Player Funding Responsibility

All funds deposited into your jdl888 Account must originate from a payment source that is legally registered in your name. Third-party deposits — funds sent from a payment method not registered to the account holder — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and refund processing delays.

7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To process a withdrawal, your Account must be fully KYC verified, your account must be in good standing with no outstanding disputes or security flags, and any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be fully satisfied.

7.2 Processing Times

jdl888 endeavours to process approved withdrawals within the following time frames: E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) typically within 5 minutes to approximately 15 minutes; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers within 5 to 30 minutes; direct bank wire transfers within 15 to 60 minutes; cryptocurrency withdrawals within 15 to 30 minutes subject to blockchain confirmation. These time frames are estimates and may be affected by third-party processing times, banking hours, or system maintenance.

7.3 Withdrawal Method Matching

Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering control. Where the original deposit method does not support withdrawals, jdl888 will process to the Player's verified bank account in their name.

7.4 Withdrawal Limits

Standard withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per calendar day. VIP members at Gold tier and above benefit from elevated daily withdrawal limits. 7.5 Right to Review Withdrawals

jdl888 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of enhanced due diligence, verification of wagering activity, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. The Company will communicate any such hold to the Player within a reasonable time frame.

All bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards issued by jdl888 are subject to the general provisions set out in this clause, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion.

8.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements which must be fully completed before any balance derived from those Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the specific promotion terms, accessible on the jdl888 promotions page.

8.2 Bonus Validity Period

All bonuses carry a validity period, typically ranging from 14 to 30 days from the date of credit as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Any uncompleted wagering requirements and associated Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon expiry of the validity period.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

jdl888 reserves the right to void and remove any Bonus Funds and associated winnings in circumstances where a Player is found to have engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk wagers designed to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure (commonly referred to as "matched betting" on a single platform), or colluding with other players to exploit promotional structures.

8.4 Promotional Changes

jdl888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's Account prior to the date of the change.

All wagers placed on the jdl888 Platform are subject to the general betting rules set out herein, together with any game-specific rules published within the relevant game or betting market interface.

9.1 Wager Placement

A wager is considered placed and binding upon the Player's confirmation of the bet. Once placed, a wager cannot be amended, cancelled, or withdrawn except where the Platform explicitly provides a cash-out or edit-bet feature for the specific market in question.

9.2 Erroneous Odds and Payouts

In the event that incorrect odds, prices, or payout ratios are displayed due to a technical error or human error, jdl888 reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to the Player's Account. The Company will notify affected Players within a reasonable period. jdl888 is not obligated to honour payouts arising from manifestly erroneous odds or system malfunctions.

9.3 Minimum and Maximum Wager Limits

9.4 Game Outcomes

All electronic games on the Platform operate using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software. RNG certification is maintained by independent third-party testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jdl888 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities:

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal entertainment. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, scrape, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform.

The jdl888 name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context — including on third-party websites, social media profiles, or marketing materials — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jdl888 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any service offered thereon.
• Any technical error, system outage, network interruption, or third-party service failure that affects your ability to place wagers or access your Account.
• Any loss of winnings resulting from system errors that are identified and corrected in accordance with Clause 9.2 of these Terms.
• Any decision made by you in reliance on information published on the Platform, including but not limited to odds, game descriptions, or bonus terms.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

In all cases, jdl888's maximum aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that Player in the preceding twelve (12) months from the date of the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

jdl888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players by notification within the Platform and, where appropriate, by email to the address registered on the account.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent revision was published. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

Continued use of the Platform after the publication of amended Terms constitutes the Player's acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and notify jdl888 of your intention to close your Account.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which jdl888 holds its international gaming licence. By accepting these Terms, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes.

Nothing in this clause limits jdl888's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction for the protection of its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

Players in Malaysia acknowledge that online gambling law in Malaysia is governed separately, and that by using this Platform they are acting on their own legal assessment of their rights and obligations under Malaysian law. jdl888 makes no representation as to the lawfulness of the Platform's use in any specific jurisdiction.
